Every vehicle is a pre-order sourced and shipped from China. Because production and shipping begin after your deposit, deposits are generally non-refundable once a vehicle enters production — contact us as early as possible if your circumstances change.
Parts
If a part arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what was ordered, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order reference, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
